genomic DNA |
Extraction protocol |
DNA was extracted from 17-day-old leaves following ChIP assay. DNA was subjected to ChIP-seq library construction with VAHTS Universal DNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina V3 (Vazyme #ND607) and VAHTS Multiplex Oligos Set 4/5 for Illumina (Vazyme #N321)

Data processing |
Paired reads were trimmed by cutadapt v4.2 and then mapped to the Arabidopsis genome Wm82.a2 using Bowtie2 v2.4.5 with default parameters. Peak calling was performed by Genrich with parameters "-r -a 200 -p 0.01". Assembly: Wm82.a2.v1 Supplementary files format and content: bigWig files describing genome coverage of mapped reads
