Treatment protocol |
n/a
Growth protocol |
Cell lines were grown according to standard conditions, and as described in associated manuscript
Extracted molecule |
genomic DNA |
Extraction protocol |
Genomic DNA was extracted using DNeasy kit (Qiagen) according to the manufacturer's instruction.
Label |
C-Bio and A-DNP
Label protocol |
As per standard Illumina protocol.
Hybridization protocol |
DNA was amplified, fragmented and hybridized to each BeadChip arrays according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Scan protocol |
The BeadChip arrays were scanned using the iScan (Illumina)
Description |
Genomic DNA extracted from iPSCs was genotyped using Illumina CytoSNP12 v2.1 BeadChips.
Data processing |
The scanned data files were processed by GenomeStudio GT module (Illumina). GenomeStudio was also used to call genotype and calculate LogR ratio and B allele frequency using a cluster file (HumanCytoSNP-12v2-1_A.egt) supplied by Illumina.
