CUT&RUN was performed using CUTANA ChIC / CUT&RUN Kit. For each CUT&RUN reaction, 500K permeabilized native cells were used. 5 ng DNA was used to prepare sequencing libraries with the CUTANA CUT&RUN Library Prep Kit.
