NovaSeq6000 (Illumina) using 101 bp single-ended mode sequence reads were mapped onto mouse reference genome (mm10) using TopHat ver. 2.1.1 Fragments Per Kilobase of exon per Million mapped reads (FPKM) values for each gene were calculated using Cufflinks ver. 2.2.1 Assembly: mm10 Supplementary files format and content: A Microsoft Excel file including FPKM values for each Sample
