Extraction protocol |
Standard ChIP DNA extraction methods as described here-( Schmidt D, Wilson MD, Spyrou C, Brown GD, Hadfield J, Odom DT: ChIP-seq: using high-throughput sequencing to discover protein-DNA interactions. Methods 2009, 48(3):240-248.). Standard Illumina single end read library was prepared as per as manufacturer's instruction to be sequenced on a GAII sequencer (14 round amplification cycle was used)

Description |
Background control for S-peeptide tagged Bapx1 ChIP. Vertebral column from wild type E12.5 embryos were pulled down with S-peptide antibody
|
Data processing |
The sequenced tags were aligned to mouse genome (mm9) and the peak detection was done using MACS. Genome Build: mm9 CME206-6cols-Input-VC.tags.txt CME206-input.tags.wig
