treatment: TINCR Knock down A tissue: Organotypic human epidermis
|
Treatment protocol |
Nucleofection with siRNA targeting the gene of interest or a non-targeting control
|
Growth protocol |
Keratinocytes were grown in Gibco SFM medium and nucleofected with a Lonza normal human keratinocyte kit according to manufacturer's protocol. After nucleofection, cells recovered in cell culture for 12-24 hours and then were seeded onto devitalized human dermis.
