(Submitter supplied) This is a miRNA expression profiling using an updated platform (CCDTM-miRNA850-version 4p1.4) based on the Platform GPL7089 (CCDTM-miRNA850-version 4). Protocol: Oligos sythesized by Operon with 3' amine modification and purified by desalting. Oligos are adjusted to the same concentration and resuspend in 2mM phosphate buffer at 25mM oligo concentration and spotted on CodeLink(TM) Activated Slides (GE Healthcare) using an Omnigrid robotic arrayer (Genomic Solutions).
