Description Custom DNA methylation microarray for the HELP assay, designed to cover 25,626 HpaII amplifiable fragments around promoter regions and imprinted regions of the human genome. Based on the May 2004 release of the human genome.
While the data probes are the same for both the 2005-07-20_HG17_HELP_Promoter array and the 2006-10-26_HG17_HELP_Promoter array, they differ in the number of random probes included.
