We defined iMoP as a new precursor subset in murine bone marrow. The aim of this expression analysis was the identification of transcriptional differences between iMoP and their progeny cMoP.

| Overall design |
cMoP and iMoP were collected from the bone marrow of 2 pooled Cx3cr1+/GFP C57Bl/6 mice by fluorescence-activated cell sorting. For each subset, two replicates were purified from 2 independent litters.
