Title Monitoring the differential expression of miRNAs, tRNAs and tRFs in lung cancer biopsies.
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Non-coding RNA profiling by high throughput sequencing
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Translational rate has been deregulated in many cancers through small non-coding RNAs aberrations. Herein we focus on miRNAs, tRNAs and tRFs paterns in lung cancer biopsies.

Overall design We performed semiconductor sequencing with modification of the standard protocol to enrich the tRNAs and tRFs and analyze the data measuring their abundance.
