Overall design Hippocampus (HIPP) and brain (BRAIN) tissue from male (N=6) and female (N=9) mice from four genotypes - wildtype mice (WT, C57BL/6j), triple-transgenic Alzheimer's Disease mouse model (3xTgAD), or a B cell knock-out genotype (JHT), and a JHT x 3xTgAD cross (JHT_3xTgAD)
