Title Genome-wide bisulfite sequencing (Xmal-RRBS) of 50 breast cancer samples for jointly using with NGS and chromosomal microarray data
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Methylation profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary To study the fundamental basics of patterning abnormal methylation we conducted a complex of genome-wide studies, including Xmal-RRBS on 50 breast cancer samples

Overall design Reduced representation bisulfite sequencing by XmaI-RRBS (Tanas et al., 2017)

Please note that the numerical values from 0 to 4 (in the characteristics columns) represents category according to TNM staging system of Malignant Tumors. T category describes the primary tumor site and size, N category describes the regional lymph node involvement and M category describes the presence or otherwise of distant metastatic spread.
