Summary |
Incorporation of multisector sampling in glioblastoma increases the candidate pool of potentially targetable neoantigens that can be successfully developed into a peptide-based vaccine

|
Overall design |
Here, we report the results of the CAR-T Characterization Panel from three regions of primary human glioblastoma resected from Subject 3 before administration of a personalized, neoantigen-based vaccine plus poly-ICLC (NeoVax) and one post-NeoVax (subject completed the priming phase and two cycles of booster vaccinations) tumor biopsy.
