Title |
CD40 stimulation + dasatinib treatment of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) cells |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
In this experiment we in vitro activated CLL cells on a layer of fibroblasts expressing CD40L (3T40) in the presence of 100 nM Dasatinib for 48 hours. After the 48 hours, cells were taken off the fibroblasts and sorted for viable CD19+ cells. Then we performed RNA sequencing.

Overall design |
This experiment was analyzed together with another GEO submission (GSE201341), the comparison was between 3T40 and 3T40 + DAS conditions.
