| Summary |
To comprehensively investigate differences of gene expression patterns between Spred1 WT and KO HSCs/progenitors, we isolated HSCs/progenitor cells and performed the microarray analysis.

| Overall design |
Spred1 WT and KO CD48-KSL (CD48-/c-Kit+/Sca-1+/Lineage marker-) cells were sorted using cell sorter. Total RNA of the sorted cells was isolated and we performed the microarray analysis.
