Title |
Ultrasound-mediated ultra effective cellular reprogramming of human fibroblasts into neural progenitor-like cells [RNA-Seq] |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We have developed an ultra effective method of triggering fast cellular reprogramming into neural progenitor cells (NPCs) with significant yields, called ultrasound-directed permeation of environmental transition-guided cellular reprogramming (Entr).

|
Overall design |
Three different culture time (1 day, 5 days (p1) and 30 days (p5)) of sample after ultrasound stimulus. Control and reference cells were used each HDF and hNSC
The HDF sample (GSM2308274) is identical to GSM2308280.
