Title Ultrasound-mediated ultra effective cellular reprogramming of human fibroblasts into neural progenitor-like cells [RNA-Seq]
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We have developed an ultra effective method of triggering fast cellular reprogramming into neural progenitor cells (NPCs) with significant yields, called ultrasound-directed permeation of environmental transition-guided cellular reprogramming (Entr).

Overall design Three different culture time (1 day, 5 days (p1) and 30 days (p5)) of sample after ultrasound stimulus. Control and reference cells were used each HDF and hNSC

The HDF sample (GSM2308274) is identical to GSM2308280.
