Demultiplexing and basecalls performed using CASAVA v1.8.2 Biological replicates FASTQ files pooled ChIP-seq reads were aligned to the hg19 genome assembly using Bowtie2 v2.0.0 allowing up to 3 mismatches Peaks were called using MACS v1.3 using only one unique read per genome position and a default peak score cutoff of 50 Genome_build: hg19 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: Peak files annotated using HOMER v3.16 and wiggle files generated using MACS v1.3
