Data processing |
Illumina Casava software used for basecalling. The reads qualities were assessed using fastqc (version 0.10.1) ; Aligned the reads to hg19 using tophat (version 2.0.14), with default setting except set parameter read-mismatches to 2 HTseq-count (version 0.6.1p1) was used to generate gene count table. Genome_build: hg19 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: htseq.counts.txt: tab-delimited text file includes the raw counts for each sample generated by htseq-count. Supplementary_files_format_and_content: TPMs.txt: tab-delimited text file includes the TPM (Transcript Per Million) values generated by RSEM (version 1.3.0). The annotation of the genes are also provided in the file.
