Peripheral blood-derived CD34+ cells were cultured with 5 ng/ml hIL-3, 100 ng/ml hSCF and 50 ng/ml hIL-6 for 3 weeks. Subsequently,100 ng/ml hSCF and 50 ng/ml hIL-6 were used for additional 7 weeks
