Human ejaculates were obtained from one healthy volunteers aged 33, who had no special medical record. The volunteer has fathered a healthy child. And normal semen quality as assessed according to WHO criteria (1999) was applied to the ejaculate samples.

Producer: Yangxing Zhao, Zhaoxia Wang and Zhongdong Qiao
The same method for spermatozoa separation was used as in that of GSM82243. Five separate ejaculates from the same volunteer were pooled together to get enough total RNA for the SAGE analysis.
