| Growth protocol |
LCLs were established from normal adults male with B95-8 supernatant. LCLs were maintained in culture with RPMI1640 medium with 10% FCS with chemicals.
At day 0, 5-Aza-2' cytidine was added to medium with 5μM. Then at day 5, trichostatin A was added to medium with 300nM. LCL was harvested at day 7.
LCLs were established from normal adults male with B95-8 supernatant. LCLs were maintained in culture with RPMI1640 medium with 10% FCS with or without 5-aza-2'-cytidine.
5-Aza-2' cytidine was added to medium with 5μM for 5 days.

Bioinformatics 19(2):185), and background correction as implemented in the NimbleScan software package, version 2.4.27 (Roche NimbleGen, Inc.).
