Data from 15,000 probe features representing 904 unique miRNAs was extracted using Agilent Feature Extraction software (v10.7.3.1) using default parameters (protocol miRNA_107_09 and Grid: 029297_D_F_20100712) and converted to background subtracted signal intensities.
