Title Next Generation Sequencing Facilitates Quantitative Analysis of 786-O and sunitinib resistant 786-O (7R) cell lines
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Purpose: Next-generation sequencing (NGS) has revolutionized systems-based analysis of cellular pathways. The goals of this study are to compare the different gene between 786-O and 7R cell lines

Overall design Total RNA profiles of 786-O and 7R were generated by deep sequencing, in triplicate, using Illumina HiSeq X Ten.
