Title |
Gene expression panel analysis of CD11c+ cells from WT and RELMĪ± KO lung homogenate at day 30 post infection with Nippostrongylus brasiliensis. |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by array
|
Summary |
WT or KO mice were subctaneously injected with 500 L3 larvae or saline and euthanized after 7 days. The lungs were excised and digested to generate a single cells suspension, from whichCD11c+ cells were bead-enriched for gene expression analysis. Cell lysates were used directly with the hybridization probes using the manufacterers protocol (Nanostring).
