Title Gene expression panel analysis of CD11c+ cells from WT and RELMĪ± KO lung homogenate at day 30 post infection with Nippostrongylus brasiliensis.
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by array
Summary WT or KO mice were subctaneously injected with 500 L3 larvae or saline and euthanized after 7 days. The lungs were excised and digested to generate a single cells suspension, from whichCD11c+ cells were bead-enriched for gene expression analysis. Cell lysates were used directly with the hybridization probes using the manufacterers protocol (Nanostring).

Overall design We used the nanostring Mouse Myeloid Innate Immunity Panel to analyze 754 genes associated with innaute immunity.
