Extracted molecule polyA RNA
Extraction protocol Total RNA was isolated from above samples using Qiagen RNAeasy extraction kit. RNA was treated with DNAse. ERCC spike-in control was added based on cell number according to manufacturers recommendations.
Libraries were generated from poly-A-selected RNA
